Processing Time

We roast to order. Most orders are roasted and shipped within 2–5 business days of purchase. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Shipping Carriers & Estimates

Shipping estimates provided at checkout are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Charlie's Coffee Co is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery failures outside our control. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for packages after carrier pickup.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
