The first thing you’ll notice about this coffee is the size of the beans. They’re massive. Something the Maragogype (or elephant coffee bean) varietal is known for.

But it’s not only special because of the varietal, but also because the producers, Arcenio and Wilmar Castillo, won the Cup of Excellence for 2025.

The coffee is sweet with notes of red berry, cranberry, peach, mango, as well as subtle nutty notes of macadamia and walnut.
